Allan and I headed out to Granger area yesterday on our semi-regular NED (Nature Exploration Day). Still from Granger yesterday. Here’s a few shorebirds for any graduate of the Shorebird Class to ID. Look at the flying flock carefully.
I had a great time at Granger Lake yesterday, sitting solo by the swim area watching migration go by!! No gulls at the swim area, but good numbers flying by and at 2 poorly accessible roosts.
The fishermen were out at Granger lake recently.
