Sandhills about to hit a norther today: fallout!!!

So just had a very cool migration experience!!! I’m guessing 200 scissor tail flycatchers at leander HEB swirling around ti roost (pretending ti be martins).
I estimated 330 Wilson’s phalarope at Hornsby in this flock, about 100 in a 2nd flock yesterday. 12 shorebird species.
It’s that time of year again. We’re on our 3rd group of Sandhills going over the dacha today 75-100 in each group. (Not sure they’re visible in pix)

Allan and I headed out to Granger area yesterday on our semi-regular NED (Nature Exploration Day).
