I’d like some comments on 1 of the 4 Ibis I had at Hornsby yesterday.

They might know a thing or two about birds, but they stole our title!!— Cornell
Had 3 Least Flycatchers giving their “whit” calls in a loose flock this morning at my place (The Dacha). (Pix from last winter).
17 species of shorebird this morning at Hornsby. Ties my personal best at Hornsby and I just missed the BB Plover that was reported. Migrating Franklin’s Gulls and White-faced Ibis also cool.
There’s been several Screech Owls singing on my early morning walks recently and this morning also a Barred Owl.
Cin ty Lee (co-author of Field Guide to North American Flycatchers: Empidonax and Pewees) will be doing a webinar on Texas Empids on May 9th, 8:00 pm. Attached is his post on Texbirds facebook page. Register here if interested: https://riceuniversity.zoom.us/…/sB8KZi2XR3eXKeKXcEyGdQ…
Here’s some more bad photos for perusal. Bird 1. Thanks to all who are posting and commenting!!! Just what I hoped for.
