Birdcast

Doesn’t look too hopeful for Finch irruption this year, but I hope we prove him wrong . Finch Irruption Article Eyes to the skies!!!
Got bird # 148 at the Dacha today: Bullocks Oriole — no pix.
On a walk in the neighborhood I had some nice birds today, ash throated, vermillion, scissors flys, grasshopper, lark, chippy, savanna and brewers sparrows, and black capped vireo. No pix.
Spotted towhee, numerous Lincoln, white crown, white throated and chippys at the dacha still today. White eye and yellow throat vireos showed up about a week ago. Summer Tanager first seen on Friday. No sign of great crest fly yet.

Suggest we keep an eye on the birdcast website over the next few nights and during the rest of fall migration.
