Been hearing many of these on the Oregon Coast. Do you know the ID? (not the robin). Been extremely hard to see (much less photo) any of them. Too many trees!!!

Anyone want to try this bird Virginia found at Lake Creek Trail this morning? The lousy pix is all me
Highly recommended!!!!!
Shingled by G-U-11 !! Port Townsend WA.
Love it when it’s quiet enough to hear the snap of warbler bills. The “snap” may be the warblers popping open elm seeds, as it sounds particularly loud these days. Update: I now believe the snap I hear is the warbler bill coming together on an insect. Not seeds popping. I knew y’all were waiting…
And finally, here’s another cool gull from Corpus. It took me 7 tries over the past 3 years to finally get this gull. He’s been returning to a bait shop there for at least that long. Also compared to Herring in 1 pix.
Oddly, I’ve run across 3 different birds this year that appear to be runts of the litter. Ring-billed Gull, Long-billed Dowitcher and White Pelican.
