Got the Breeding Bird Survey near Marfa done for 2023 yesterday with my buddy Allan. It was a good year!! Many of the species that were down during drought seemed to have come back!!
What a great trip to the coast with the 2022 TAS Shorebird Class!!! Highlights for me were the Aplomado falcons and Elegant Tern (life bird!!), as well as the good company of bird nerds !!
