Another great trip to High Island with Eric and others!!! Witnessing a fallout happen was amazing!!!
Took me about 45 seconds this morning to get this long staying Limpkin at Brazos Bend SP. New for my Texas list. . With escargot!!!
Thanks to Terry for letting me know about this Red-necked Phalarope at Hornsby. I re-found it at noon today.
Spent about 4 hours on morning of November 9 staking out Santa Elena canyon overlook with a buddy and some pleasant fellow birders trying to see nutting’s flycatcher. Had to settle for heard only but we heard it about 10 times and have no doubts.
