Here’s a few pix from sparrowfest. After a slow morning in the fog (at least for me and Byron’s group), in the afternoon we caught up with some good birds discovered by the other group.
Several pix of Brewer’s sparrow which sat up and napped with us for about 15 minutes. I didn’t get pix of the Clay-colored, and GTTO which we saw briefly several times.

Once again just as i dreamed!! Was able to get this Baird’s sparrow with perfect background in Davis mountains today!! (Note: early April Fools dad joke!)
