Turkey and vermilion fly singing this morning on walk
Had clay colored sparrow and black chin hummer for first time this spring at the dacha. Fos white eyed vireo this week. Still have 4 species of winter sparrows, su skins and spot towhee.
I’m not at home, but neighbor asking me about “ those birds flying over in V formation “ = Sandhills. Eyes to the skies!! And ears!! My favorite sound!!!
Dacha bird #145 flew over yesterday: eastern meadowlark.
