Gull #4 for yesterday Cedar Point. Can someone from 2024 class ID these gulls? Gull #4 Adult Herring. Pink feet, pulled taffy snout.
I’ll also put in a plug for my “I don’t do gulls” gulls class. Starts in November when gulls generally start coming into Texas. I did the rudiments of Texas gulls in the B3 class. I had a great time on the 29th communing with a visiting celebrity in Corpus Christi!! If you haven’t heard, this is a Kelp Gull born about 1 year ago in the southern hemisphere (South America most likely). Very impressive bill (compared to Herring in pic).
